Zeroramp Sprint #10 release notes

In this sprint, we automated data ingestion, simplified grounding and made citations more useful.

1. Automated Knowledge syncing

A document change refreshes knowledge for live search and instant answers

You asked and we listened. Guessing the daily synchronization window can be frustrating so we fixed this as well. Each addition, removal or document edit will automatically trigger data ingestion so Zeno is up to date within minutes.

Not to worry, this applies to both live search and instant scenarios. AKA cache invalidation to the nerds among us.

2. Confidence in plain speech

Take it to the bank, pinch of salt, and I don’t know

We have made it easier for you to feel comfortable with what Zeno has to say using three new emojis:

  1. Take it to the bank: when a response has been validated in multiple locations within your knowledge base.
  2. Pinch of salt: when a response is only weakly inferred in your knowledge base.
  3. I don’t know: when there is simply nothing in your knowledge base upon which a response could be founded.

3. Deep-linked citations

A citation in the answer linking to the exact section of the source document

Citations not only link to the document of interest, but will drill down to the exact section most relevant to Zeno’s response.

We hope you have fun with these new features.
